"Final Fantasy XV" Latest News: Crown Update; New Features
According to Gematsu, Square Enix revealed "Final Fantasy XV" crown update at Active Time Report live stream. The crown update has revealed that omen trailer-inspired action and wait mode-exclusive ability calls are added to "Final Fantasy XV."
The omen trailer-inspired action allows players to drop kick and to jump after throwing a dagger or short-range magic on the enemies. On the other hand, the wait mode-exclusive ability calls enhance Libra speed and game tempo. This allows "Final Fantasy XV" players to check the information of their enemies and use them to their advantage.
"Final Fantasy XV" Gameplay & Update: How to Restore Wait Gauge
The crown update at Active Time Report live stream has also revealed that "Final Fantasy XV" wait mode decreases wait gauge slowly. To restore the gauge and experience better gaming, "Final Fantasy XV" players should beat enemies at sight. However, players should refrain from attacking an enemy who is not targeting them because this will activate a surprise attack. To deal with greater damage from enemies' attacks, players can also attack an enemy with little HP.
The crown update at the Active Time Report live stream has also featured and explained the use of red light, enemy whistle and improved motions added in "Final Fantasy XV." The red light will flash on the screen at different shades whenever a player has less remaining HP. This would also warn players of a more critical situation. Enemy whistle that allows summoning monsters is also added in the "Final Fantasy XV." The crown update also announces that Square Enix already eliminated staggered movements during MP bursts.
"Final Fantasy XV" crown update at Active Time Report live stream also revealed new controls and improvements. Players can now use shift to move outside of battle. According to Bleedingcool, "Final Fantasy XV" will soon be available at 50 GB download size on PlayStation 4 and Xbox one on November 29, 2016.
