"Dragon Ball Super" fans have a lot to talk about nowadays as the TV show is really heating up when it comes to its latest episodes. And they would probably be even more happy about rumors that fan favorite Gohan will participate in battle once again.

Viewers have been wondering why it is taking so long for Gohan to be part of any of the battles. He is after all one of the most powerful Saiyan in the "Dragon Ball Super" universe. But according to this source, the series might just be trying to save the return to get fans hyped up as the creators of the hit TV series are ready to unleash Gohan for a grand return.

 "Dragon Ball Super" will feature Goku as he battles through an arc called "The Hit Saga." With all signs pointing to Hit as the potential assassin to try and kill Goku. And with Hit known as one of the very best assassins in the Universe 7, Gohan's much needed muscle might be what Goku needs to even out this epic battle.

Gohan's "Dragon Ball Super" return to battle has been alluded to a couple of times this season. In one episode, he asks his teacher Piccolo to train him once more. So it would probably be no surprise to fans that the show would introduce Gohan to battle once more. The only thing fans have been questioning with regards to the series is why it took creators so long to have the fan favorite brawling once more. On that note, the long wait will just make his return that much sweeter.

According to another source, "Dragon Ball Super" is rumored to have a total of 100 episodes. And with 70 episodes in, the window for having some of the fan favorites to participate in the action is fast closing. With the "Hit Saga" fast approaching, fans should definitely stay tuned for the next episodes.
