Vodafone Australia Revealed That The Nexus 6P Will Get OTA Updates On December 6
Nexus variants may get the OTA updates on December 6. In a post by Indian Express, Vodafone Australia's official website stated that Google will roll out Android Nougat for the Huawei built Nexus 6P next month. The update that bears the build number NMF26F has an update size of 650MB. The network service provider's official website also revealed a security patch update dated for December 2016.
Following Vodafone Australia's statement, the final version of the new Nougat update might eventually be seeded for other Nexus devices like the Asus Nexus Player, the Motorola Nexus 6 and HTC's Nexus 9. Owners of other smartphone units hope that their update eligible devices will follow soon as well. For Nexus owners, having the device does entitle you to a lot of privileges and getting the android updates first certainly would be a good thing to brag about.
