WWE NXT stands true to its goal of developing wrestlers and then passing them on to WWE's professional list of fighter-entertainers. The people behind the WWE have recognized how important the role of the NXT is to professional wrestling.
More talents for WWE
WWE star Triple H also known as its Executive vice president for Talent, Live Events & Creative Paul Levesque said NXT is the springboard of many talents to the WWE ring. "It's on us and imperative to keep building new stars - that's the point of the thing, that's what keeps it fresh," he added.
Triple H said WWE needs to adjust to the needs of the times if it wants to continue providing entertainment for the people. He noted that they also need to evolve and be sensitive of what is happening in their surroundings so they won't get left behind.
NXT tours
WWE is expected to hone talents through the NXT and a tour will commence this week in Australia and Japan. It will then head top some states in the US. Almost two weeks ago, NXT began its hunt for fresh and new talent in the "NXT: Takeover" event in Toronto.
