Vixole Inc., a fashion-tech start-up based in New York City, is launching its first product, the Vixole Matrix. It is the world's first customizable mid-top E-sneakers. Now new reports are claiming that Vixole will help users play with Pokemon Go.
The Vixole Matrix is an electronic sneaker with a built-in monochrome LED display on the back of the shoe. It's equipped with flexible LED screens and embedded sensors. Users can use their smartphones to select from a gallery of designs through the Vixole app, or take a photo of their surroundings and transfer the design directly to the display on the shoe.
"Bluetooth connectivity with users' smartphone allows their shoes to integrate with their GPS so that haptic vibrations can guide their step-by-step to their travel destination. The app let sharing among friends so that users can see how their friends are customizing their own Vixole Matrix shoes, "Pr Web, added.
Vixole allows users to personalize their foot wear with a lot more unique designs (probably a thousand), animations, and photos instantly with their smartphone. It has a built-in motion and sound sensors that allow this e-sneakers to interact with the environment, such as having the shoes listen to the rhythms of your steps to change the patterns of the display.
In fact, according to Complex, "Vixole has created a prototype for a smart model with built-in sensors that are compatible with virtual and augmented reality games like Pokémon GO. In concept, the sneakers would vibrate when a Pokémon appears nearby and work along with the map to guide you to the location."
Though it isn't available yet but there are rumors that the price will roughly be at $200 but as indicated in their website Vixole's prices varies from $150-$300.
