According to the latest reports, "The Originals" Season 4 will feature several cast members from "The Vampire Diaries." However, viewers will have to wait until the season finale of the latter as the former is expected to take over its timeslot. In another report, Matt Davis' character Alaric Saltzman is said to be making his way to "The Originals" Season 4. There are speculations suggesting that Alaric will be featured in a few episodes of the show's next run as he tries to deliver a priceless artifact to Elijah.
