"Pokemon Sun & Moon" has been out the whole work week now, and people have been addicted to the new "Pokemon" iteration, as is always the case. While most people are content playing it the way it's meant to be played, some enterprising members of the community have already discovered cheats and hacks for the game. If you're looking to play the game this way, then read on.
The biggest cheat for "Pokemon Sun & Moon" is this third-party app called SUMOHaX, which can be downloaded here. Thanks to how the Nintendo 3DS firmware is set up, it's now easier than ever to cheat in handheld games like this. The app allows you to do anything from making the player character walk faster to increasing the exp and leveling rate of your Pokemon. All you have to do is download the app to your Nintendo 3DS (while following other instructions on the download page), and it'll be easy to use from there.
Only use SUMOHaX, though, if you really feel you must take shortcuts in "Pokemon Sun & Moon." The cheats in the app range from the harmless, like the aforementioned increased walking speed, to the downright dirty, like maxing out your money and getting all the TMS and HMs available in the game.
According to Mic, however, SUMOHaX isn't compatible with the original model of the Nintendo 3DS and the Nintendo 2DS. If you have any of the new 3DS models, then you're lucky; you will be able to cheat in "Pokemon Sun & Moon" without much problems.
"Pokemon Sun & Moon" dropped around the world, except in Europe, last Monday. So far it's done the second best Nintendo 3DS release in the platform's history, losing only to its predecessor, "Pokemon X & Y."
