Killer Frost is not going anywhere yet in "The Flash" Season 3. This is what Daniel Panabaker, who plays Caitlin Snow, teased in a recent interview.
Panabaker sat down for an interview prior to the release of "The Flash" Season 3 Episode 7, "Killer Frost" on Tuesday. She talked about her character's evil transformation. She teased that fans can expect to see more Killer Frost in future episodes.
In the interview, the actress hinted that Caitlin might eventually use her metahuman powers for good use in "The Flash" Season 3. However, it would take time before Killer Frost warms up to people. Panabaker teased that Caitlin has grown addicted to the power that comes with being a villain.
"At this point I see her powers as like a drug. It's this thing she's addicted to and it feels incredible, even though it's wrong and it hurts people," Caitlin Panabaker told TV Line, when asked about Caitlin staying as Killer Frost in "The Flash" Season 3.
In the same interview, the actress hinted that Caitlin will take advantage of her powers for selfish reasons. She will use it to get what she wants, even if it means hurting those close to her.
Of course, this scenario happened in "The Flash" Season 3 Episode 7, titled "Killer Frost." In this episode directed by Kevin Smith, Caitlin unleashed her evil doppelganger in her search for Dr. Alchemy. She wanted to get answers on how to stop her powers and thought the villain can help her.
Naturally, she used her powers against those who had contact with Dr. Alchemy, including Barry Allen. In the end, though Barry managed to subdue Killer Frost when he talked Caitlin out of becoming evil. However, Daniel Panabaker hinted that "The Flash" Season 3 Episode 7 will not be the last viewers get to see of Killer Frost.
