As "Overwatch" finally introduced Sombra into the mix, who is said to be quite the force to be reckoned with. Despite her supposed unquestionably good hacking capacity, there are some limitations as to how far it can go-though the character can be declared immensely powerful.
Many may have heard of the leaks pointing to Sombra in the past, as the character's skills and design can be dubbed vital to "Overwatch." For those unaware, Sombra is an expert hacker who is designed to hack anything, but more intriguingly, supposedly anyone in the game.
According to the Reddit post for the Sombra hacks in "Overwatch," a handful of characters will lose quite a few of their moves in the arsenal if done properly. For one, Genji's active skills can be taken out, but the double jump, wall climb and his ultimate are all safe from the hack. McCree will have his ultimate prevented by the EMP and hack of Sombra, as well as the combat roll and his non-passive skills.
Pharah's passive Thrusters will remain, opposite to her non-passive skills, as that of Reaper. His Wraith Form remains safe from hacks, but Pharah's Concussive Blast will induce no damage at all and Sombra will stay cloaked regardless. The ultimate of some "Overwatch" characters are still unstoppable, such as that of Soldier 76, Tracer and an opposing Sombra as well.
With such powerful feats, the "Overwatch" addition can be said to nearly be one of the most efficient characters made, though it may arguable that Sombra is too powerful to some. Nonetheless, no full-on complains have been made to tweak the character yet, which could mean that the playing field may still be even.
