Fox Television Group has recently unveiled the revival of "Prison Break" Season 5 which is expected to air in Spring 2017. Now, new reports are claiming that the series will feature Michael Scofield alive, and back again in a prison cell.
The revival of the series has created a commotion among the avid followers, especially now that some of the old casts will be returning to help Lincoln organize an escape plan for Michael. "Prison Break" Season 5 ushers new conspiracies, however, the production team, and both Wentworth Miller and Dominic Purcell have been silent about the plot details.
Rumors are rife that Michael Scofield has been a target for both ISIS and the Yemeni Government. According to IDigital Times, Michael Scofield may have faked his death to get away from ISIS. In "Prison Break" Season 5, it is speculated that Michael has initially organized his break out, and managed to contact T-Bag, played by Robert Knepper.
Gamenguide previously reported that T-Bag may have had an internal contact in Yemeni prison, and Michael has used that person to contact his brother, Lincoln. T-Bag has always been known for his eccentric and selfish ways, however, there are no reports yet as to his role; he can always be both a foe and ally. "Prison Break" Season 5 will surely be a clash of power and connections, as ISIS and the Yemeni government confront Michael and the rest of his group.
The most interesting question now is, who are the brothers up against this time? Recalling from season 2, the two brothers had confronted one of the biggest organizations, "The Company", a secret group of multinationals, which extends their power to the White house. Reports claims that "Prison Break" Season 5 will surely divulge a more powerful organization in which Michael got involved too.
Stay tuned for more Gamenguide updates.
