Despite majority of its user base on consoles, Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare's PC version is still being constantly supported. Infinity Ward, the developer of the game, is consistently releasing patches to tweak the game and make it better. The latest patch is extensive as it addresses a lot of issues plaguing the PC version.
The latest patch has made changes on the multiplayer aspect for Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare. One of which is how scorestreaks used in Frontline mode, now provides team score based on where the user is located. Add to that the Volk is also nerfed, doing less damage at range, having more recoil when aiming down sights and being less accurate when fired from the hip.
This will certainly make players consider using the Volk. Also the Rigs can now be unlocked with every rig package rather than just the first one. The most important change for PC users however is the inclusion of raw mouse input as this will make aiming and shooting easier.
On the other hand, the patch also made changes on Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare's Zombie mode. Splash screens now appear when ranking a weapon. The game now doesn't end in solo if The Hoff is still active. Exploits and glitches were removed. One of which is when players can do a double jump after respawning from dying via a kill trigger. The second exploit removed, is when players who played both MP and CP would get drastically increased weapon experience gains.
A more detailed list of the changes can be found on Steam for Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare. It contains an extensive list for all changes not included in this article so check that out to get the complete description for the patch.
