LG Will Soon Launch HDR Gaming Experience on its OLED & LCD TVs

LG Electronics has just got itself pressured by a gamers who expect their promise to present HDR gaming experience on its TVs. The OLED and LCD TV, furthermore, is the most used screen for gaming at gamers' house. However, the LG TVs doesn't support HDR experience yet due to some other tasks.

Forbes reported LG TVs, based on the users experience, has some lags when rendering image data received at its OLED and LCD screen. Therefore, the firmware update is the main task that challenges LG recently. Especially, when the TVs run a high dynamic range mode.

This issue, has already been a trending topic on Change.org in which, LG Electronics clarify what actually happens. From the interview, LG points out some response due to the gamers complaint as follow: 1) LG electronics has realized the problems of lag experiences by users when playing HDR games on LG TVs; 2) Currently, their engineer is a working on a firmware update to solve the issue shortly; and 3) The company is on their way to develop 2017 LG TV that comes with better feature and performances especially on HDR gaming.

      "As such, we regret any inconvenience this has caused our customers and confirm our commitment to resolving this issue as quickly as possible," an LG spokesperson has said. Even though there has been an update and response, it doesn't mean that the gamers will end their long wait. In fact, since LG stated to prepare the 2017 LG TVs, they may use this as an alternative when the firmware update will be  failed. Also, there is still no exact date of when the firmware or new hardware released.

      When it comes to its new device, Forbes predicted that it will have no major changes on shape and model from the previous product. Yet, the new LG TVs will most likely focus on performance upgrade to keep their prestige in a gaming world.
