Tom Clancy's "The Division" is apparently moving forward after the much anticipated Survival DLC arrives. According to reports, the DLC is expected to arrive today on the Xbox One and PC platforms while the PS4 will have to wait until next month to get the update. "The Division" Survival DLC is the second expansion on Tom Clancy's open world, third person shooter game.
"The Division" Survival DLC has been announced way before Ubisoft fixed the nagging issues of the base game itself. In fact, it's the main reason the expansion was delayed. But today, it looks like players are in for the cold weather of Manhattan as they struggle to fight it in order to survive.
According to the Eurogamer, the new expansion for Tom Clancy's "The Division" game challenges the players to survive the deadly coldness of Manhattan while they try to retrieve supplies and medicines in the middle of the night. In order to avoid getting infected by a disease, agents should brave the cold night, the darkness, thirst, hunger and the hunt in order to retrieve the medicines.
These supplies will be able to stop the spread of an epidemic that is threatening the region. In "The Division" Survival DLC, the supplies are guarded by other personnel; equally resilient as the agents. They are ready to kill and they hunt down whoever goes near the medical supplies. Agents will be hunted down and they must stay alive, bring home the kit and work on stopping the disease from spreading.
Tom Clancy's "The Division" Survival DLC is a fresh addition to the game, after it suffered great setback due to technical issues. At one point, "The Division's" storyline was mentioned to be redundant and it took a boring turn just before the Survival DLC arrived.
