"Outlander" Season 3 has been locked by Starz for renewal together with season 4 and is determined to have its premiere in the last quarter of 2017. The show has added to its star-studded casts Hannah James, Tanya Reynolds, Cesar Domboy, the British actress Lauren Lyle, and a lot more to play the characters of the series.
In a report by TVLine, "Outlander" Season 3 has added two female casts to take the roles of the Dunsany sisters, James to play the role of Geneva, while Reynolds will take the character of Isobel. In addition, Cesar Domboy will portray Fergus' older character, a Frenchman who is a pickpocket. He appeared in Season 2 when he was taken in by the Fraser clan Jamie (Sam Heughan) and Claire (Caitriona Balfe) into their family.
Looking deeply into the casts of "Outlander" Season 3, Fergus will be portrayed as a grown up man with extraordinarily handsome physical appearance and has developed a strong bond of loyalty and dignity in spite of his questionable background. Meanwhile, Geneva is portrayed as the beautiful and determined woman who has been spoiled by the protective family. In contrast, Isobel is the sweet, kind hearted and the usual girl-next-door type.
According to a report by Premieredate, the story arc of "Outlander" Season 3 is based on the third book of Diana Gabaldon titled "Voyager". The adaptation of this book for television release is created by the showrunner, Ronald D. Moore. Likewise, Moore is producing the series with Sony Pictures Television with five other executive producers, namely; Maril Davis, Matthew B. Roberts, Toni Graphia, Anne Kenney and Andy Harries.
