Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton's divorce have raised the eyebrows of their fans, especially the country music lovers. The ex-couple has already seemed to move on, but will she sing about their divorce in her new album?
In a new report, Page Six unveiled that Miranda Lambert had been given the chance to speak about her divorce from Blake Shelton by several famous magazines. However, the Over You singer wanted the music to speak for itself.
As per the observer close to Lambert, the country singer was Miranda Lambert, "was offered Rolling Stone, a New York Times piece. She went to her publicist and said, 'I do not want to do any of it. I want the music to speak for me."
According to the source, the White Liar singer only wanted to perform on TV and made her publicist turn all of the offers down. Of course, this is yet to be confirmed by Lambert.
The report further claimed that Lambert thinks the music of Shelton and Gwen Stefani was not sold in a great number, which is why the two have been drawing the attention of the media to their relationship rather than their music.
'Gwen's and Blake's albums did not sell, and all they did was do press,' the source talked about the couple.
Lambert will be releasing her new album called The Weight of These Wings, which had been inspired by her father. A few songs were also written by Lambert together with her beau, Anderson East. Reports also claimed that they had a duet on the album.
In the meantime, Rolling Stone unveiled that some of her best songs include, White Liar, Kerosene, The House That Built Me,Vice, Somethin' Bad and Pink Sunglasses, in which fans would have to vote for on Facebook.
