WWE Survivor Series is already here and there are a lot of matches to look forward to. The event, which will be held at the Air Canada Centre will be headlined by Brock Lesnar vs. Goldberg though two matches should be interesting.
Sami Zayn favored
One is the surprise change is the one for the Intercontinental title. As most know, The Miz made it via the backdoor when he pulled one over Dolph Ziggler thanks to lots of outside help. That led to a change in the cross-brand match for the IC title against Sami Zayn who has somehow become a favorite.
Despite getting help likely from Marysse and the Spirit Squad, Ziggler may eventually become a factor to help out Zayn win the title. “The Showoff” will either fend off the Spirit Squad and cause some kind of distraction or hit The Miz with something to allow the IC title go to Raw. From there, expect the feud to move up a notch on SmackDown, Bleacher Report reported.
Roman Reigns vs. AJ Styles
The other match is the blockbuster clash between team Raw and SmackDown. Roman Reigns is pegged to come out of team Red as the difference-maker (regardless if fans don’t like it) while heavyweight champion AJ Styles will be on the other end.
It is no secret that Reigns has been rumored to be getting another push and this could be the start of that. Hence a win could set the stage for a title-shot against Kevin Owens, something that may go down at Raw.
There are a lot of other matches to look forward to such as the tag team matches and the women’s Survivor Series cards. Women’s champion Charlotte Flair is favored to come out of the women’s match as the sole winner, while the tag team match also favors the New Day plus possibly the tandem of Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson.
Will team Raw dominate this Sunday at Survivor Series at the Air Canada Centre? Be sure to catch it live via the WWE Network.
