NBA Baller Beats and Double Dragon Neon publisher Majesco Entertainment says it will be bringing its Zumba Fitness franchise to the Xbox One in Zumba Fitness World Party.
The motion controlled dance/fitness game will take the series international as players potentially burn off up to a thousand calories per hour. Reflecting Zumba Fitness World Party's global scope are thirty plus different cultural dance styles ranging from Hip-Hop, Swing, Capoeira to Cumba spanning a wide verity of international locals.
Zumba Fitness World Party's soundtrack will also keep with the global vibe featuring popular chart-topping artists like Lady Gaga, regional musicians for each new location and original music. Gina Grant, Kass Martin, Heidy Torres and more round out celebrity Zumba instructors offering advice for users hoping to reach fitness goal.
Keeping inline with the franchise's fitness theme, Zumba Fitness World Party plans on featuring better way to stay in touch with progress through "Streamlined Progress Tracker Plus." The progress tracker gets deep enough to tally all states including technique score, calories burned, achievements earned, fitness goals and more.
Those who register on the game's website can look forward to getting a $10 discount coupon off Zumba Fitness World Party from GameStop, behind-the-scenes extras and a chance to win a trip to a destination featured in-game.
Though the Xbox One doesn't have an official launch date, Majesco says to expect releases on Xbox 360, Wii and Wii U in October.
Also announced was Zumba Dance, the first ever motion-based fitness game on mobile tablets. Though a specific mobile platform wasn't announced, it is slated for release this summer.
