"Stranger Things" Season 2 has already been confirmed to return on Netflix next year and fans are rejoicing after realizing that most of its cast members will also be coming back. Previous reports suggested that several cast members will be added to the "Stranger Things" Season 2, sparking speculations that a few of the original cast will not be coming back for another run.
There were speculations saying that Millie Bobby Brown's Eleven will be replaced by another interesting character in "Stranger Things" Season 2. However, the 12-year-old actress has already confirmed on Twitter that everyone's favorite character will certainly come back next season.
"Stranger Things" Season 2 will also feature original cast members Caleb McLaughlin, Noah Schnapp, Finn Wolfhard and Gaten Matarazzo. The four have been spotted in Atlanta for the first time since last season as they start the set for "Stranger Things" Season 2.
The kids are definitely getting some star quality attention from fans because of their role in the show - McLaughlin as Lucas Sinclair, Wolfhard as Mike Wheeler, Schnapp as Will Byers and Matarazzo as Dustin Henderson. Reports have confirmed that Schnapp had been promoted to become a show regular in "Stranger Things" Season 2 following his recurring character in its first run.
Natalia Dyer, who plays Mike's older sister Nancy, was also spotted at the set of "Stranger Things" Season 2 in Atlanta. Charlie Heaton, Joe Keery and Chelsea Talmadge were also seen at the set, which indicate that fans will definitely see most of the cast members next season.
Meanwhile, although Eleven has already been confirmed to come back in "Stranger Things" Season 2, it has yet to be known as to which episode she will reappear. There are speculations suggesting that Millie Bobby Brown's character might come back after a few episodes; however, Netflix has yet to provide the official details. As of the moment, no official air date has been confirmed yet but fans expect "Stranger Things" Season 2 to come out next year.
