"Destiny 2" has been confirmed to be released in 2017. Game developer Bungie Inc. assured fans that the sequel to the original game is on schedule and they are now just adding some finishing touches.
Gamers are expecting a lot with "Destiny 2" since the first version was offered such a good gameplay. Fans voiced out that they are looking forward to a new game that features big improvements and available for play on PCs.
Then again, it was revealed that if there will be a version for PC, "Destiny 2" will not be like a continuation of "Destiny" but players will have to start the game from scratch because everything will be new. This means that it will be easier for everyone to play since they can start playing even if they are not familiar with the first version.
Bungie Inc. mentioned that the team responsible for "Destiny 2" project had look into new contents, gathered new ideas for the story, gameplay, characters and over-all design of the game. The application of what they researched resulted to a well-made and better game sequel.
Furthermore, gamers will have more weapons, gears and other items to use and choose from in "Destiny 2." Another good thing is that, it is possible for players to transfer their old characters to the new game version.
"Destiny 2" is coming to the market at the last part of 2017. Sources said that the earliest time that it will be released is September of the said year. Once the game is ready, it will be available for Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3 and PS4.
Meanwhile, while Bungie Inc. is working on "Destiny 2," it is also busy with issuing DLCs and patch notes for other games that they are managing. Recently, the video game company released the DLC for "Destiny:Rise of Iron."
