The last season of "Married At First Sight" just recently concluded with only one out of the three couples getting divorced which could be considered success for the FYI matchmaking reality show. The challenge of the more diverse matchmaking in “Married At First Sight” Season 5 is in factoring in the language, religious and cultural differences. A spoiler for the coming season reveals that there will be six men and women participating who all come from different countries.
Two of the participants will reportedly come from East Asia, particularly the Philippines and South Korea. The other four “Married At First Sight” Season 5 participants may be coming from parts of Europe like United Kingdom, Spain, France and Germany.
The show with an unconventional and new approach to arranged marriage continues to be a hit among viewers and the multinational “Married At First Sight” certainly is hoped to continue the trend. Another innovation for “Married At First Sight” Season 5 will be having professional matchmakers who will look into the prospective participants backgrounds and other personal information more scientifically.
