"Game of Thrones" season 7 may not be coming until next year but that has not certainly stopped fans from speculating about what will happen in the penultimate season of the Emmy Award winning medieval fantasy show. One of the most popular theories regarding "Game of Thrones" Season 7 involves the two living Targaryens, Daenerys and Jon Snow.
It can be remembered that the season directly preceding "Game of Thrones" Season 7 revealed Jon Snow's parentage after years of speculations from GOT die hards. In a move that almost everyone saw coming, Bran saw the events leading to the death of Lyanna Stark and realized that Rhaegar Targaryen was the father of Jon Snow.
Now, with Daenerys finally returning to Westeros via Dragonstone as reported on Winter Is Coming, there is a lot of talk that Daenerys will have to go into a tactical alliance with Jon Snow so she can defeat Cersei in "Game of Thrones" Season 7. That bond will have to strengthened through a marriage as the two still have no clue that they are closely related.
In other "Game of Thrones" Season 7 news, Entertainment Weekly reported that "Harry Potter" star and Oscar winning actor Jim Broadbent will be portraying a major role in the new season. HBO, however, has not disclosed what the role will be and only hinted that it will be "significant."
You can watch "Game of Thrones" Season 7 when it premieres in the summer season next year on HBO. It would most likely retain its Sunday, 9 pm ET timeslot on the prestige cable network.
