JK Rowling is well known for "Harry Potter" series and now that "Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them" has premiered in London, fans cannot wait to step into the magical unknown come Friday in the US. It will be a different fantasy world this time without the familiar Hogwarts and faces of Harry, Hermione and Ron.
During the premiere of "Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them" in Leicester Square, JK Rowling said that at the end of the film, the audience will know where story is heading. The dark theme seemed to outweigh the fun of the movie according to the author.
JK Rowling also spoke about Eddie Redmayne who starred as "magizoologist" Newt Scamander. She is delighted that he has portrayed his character so warmly and endearingly. The Academy Award winner said that movie goers who are not fan of "Harry Potter" series will find "Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them" attractive. He added that the movie can stand alone and has a fresh perspective.
