Several AAA games opt to take advantage of performance boost and better graphics that PlayStation 4 Pro can provide but "Grand Theft Auto V" is still absent.
Think of "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition" and "The Last of Us" plus several other titles who resides with PS4. They all have something in common - being en route to PlayStation 4 Pro. But if there are games that players want to see in action for PS4 Pro, "Grand Theft Auto V can't be ruled out of the equation.
Make no mistake about it, developer Rockstar have no expressed intention yet to port "Grand Theft Auto V" for PlayStation 4 Pro. Yes, there are clamors from the gaming community but it everything is on the fly as of yet, GTA 5 Cheats said. There is an enhanced version for Xbox One and PlayStation 4 and gamers have seen a lot of improvements in terms of graphics. Now the question is if PlayStation 4 Pro would be too much for a game intended for PS3.
Then there is another "Grand Theft Auto V" version which invaded PC. This one looks eye candy and can live up to the promise of enhanced visuals given a high-end PC. Especially when played on solo settings, free of mods and third-party tweaks. But then again, several forums like GameSpot asks of current-gen console version.
Now here is the benefit for Rockstar should they decide to extend "Grand Theft Auto V" cover into PlayStation 4 Pro, profit - plain cash flowing in. GTA5 have hit $700 million annually and was considered as one of the most profitable franchise ever. Given this scenario, GTA5 might be one of the Rockstar's lucrative chance to huddle at PS4 Pro.
Of course, it could be argued that it is better to wait for sixth installment instead of keeping the pace with "Grand Theft Auto V." But hey, it is logical that GTA6 will never hit the road that soon. Especially so that "Red Dead Redemption 2" have just been recently released.
