"Heroes of the Storm" Nexus Challenge is going live and participating in this event will get you a Genji skin in "Overwatch." This cross-game promotion was announced by Blizzard Entertainment during the recent Blizzcon 2016.
Aside from the Genji skin in "Overwatch," players who will participate in the Nexus Challenge will also get new heroes from the "Heroes of the Storm." The event will commence after the server maintenance is over and a new patch will be released that includes the Nexus Challenge.
Now, gamers are asking how they can participate in this "Heroes of the Storm" Nexus Challenge. "Overwatch" players on consoles who have their Battle.net account linked to PC and their console's network can join the battle. However, "Heroes of the Storm" is still playable via PC.
Gamers can even invite their friends to play with them in "Heroes of the Storm" as this means more items to collect in "Overwatch." Aside from the Genji skin, players can also get the Oni Genji portrait and Oni Genji spray in "Overwatch." Zarya and Oni Genji are at stake on "Heroes of the Storm." All these items are available if you play 15 games.
But if you have more time to spare, why not invite a friend to play at least 30 games of "Heroes of the Storm" to get all the items mentioned above and more heroes. Auriel, Greymane, Kerrigan and Li Ming are yours for the taking! Do not forget that Orochi Hovercyle mount and a Stimpack for 30 days are also up for grabs. "Heroes of the Storm" Nexus Challenge will run until next year Jan 4, so gamers will have more time to earn the Genji skin and other items in "Overwatch."
