Last month, 'Transformer 5' director Michael Bay has revealed that the first trailer for the movie's fifth installment entitled "The Last Knight" will be released sometime this month or in December. The upcoming movie confirms not just the return of its lead stars but also participations of King Arthur, Merlin, Nazis and even Winston Churchill. And that's not all, the movie will also have new actors joining the cast namely Anthony Hopkins of Westworld and Freya "Britain's Loneliest Dog"
With such star-studded cast, fans just can't wait for the first trailer to be released and see how the movie will connect all the fictional, historical characters and Freya, in one movie about robots. The movie is also said to future alien robots which presumably could play as villains but nothing is confirmed as of today.
According to reports, the first trailer will be released in IMAX theaters and will run for about 2 minutes. Speculations claim that the trailer could come out when 'Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them' is released next week. The J.K. Rowling movie is expected to be a box office hit so there will be a huge number of moviegoers who can get the first look in the theater. Mark Wahlberg, Josh Duhamel and Tyrese Gibson is also confirmed to return to the 'Transformers: The Last Knight'. The movie is slated to hit the big screen on June 23, 2017.
Meanwhile, another 'Transformer' movie is being planned by Paramount which is said to be a Bumblebee movie. While the movie is still looking for the right director, Paramount has already found Christina Hodson as the screenwriter who also wrote for Farren Blackburn's 'Shut In' and Denise DiNovi's 'Unforgettable'. Based on reports, Hodson has already finished the script so all the movie is waiting for is the director and the cast.
