"GTA 6" may be something that fans are already looking forward to since the fifth installment started to fly through the years, but is apparently a long wait away. That being said, the roundup on what the game could be has gone stronger every step of the way.
The existing "GTA V" is considerably a great title to many and even after years of being the existing game in the franchise, there are still a number of contents coming out. However, the craving for a "GTA 6" is one that many have not thwarted aside in any way, and more so that Rockstar Games confirmed a particular sequel.
According to Neurogadget, the proposed "GTA 6" may be moved even further from the marked 2018 launch, with one reason being the aforementioned sequel, "Red Dead Redemption 2." As it was announced not too long back, Rockstar Games may be directing their attention to the said game, which could mean that "GTA 6" may be shelved longer to give way. Though this has not been divulged yet, this is one possibility that many may consider if the delay is imminent.
Apart from that, speculations say that "GTA 6" could finally have a female protagonist, which was something that Rockstar Games said to have planned in the past. The company said that they do not know yet as to where they are to put the said character in, which is now said to be "GTA 6" though is still to be confirmed. The speculations rose even higher as there are others that could be considered if not to be withheld, such as taking place in Japan.
Other reports claim that Rockstar Games was rather close to putting up a "Grand Theft Auto: Tokyo," though it is yet to be a conclusive idea. Given that "GTA 6" is in the works, it could be a tolerable possibility, to think that the concept has not been done before. It was said, however, that the creation of a "Grand Theft Auto" title outside of the United States is fairly difficult to further push.
For now, all that is being talked about for "GTA 6" is still to be confirmed and fans are urged to take all with a grain of salt. Keep posted for more news and updates here at GamenGuide.
