"Overwatch" has now been released on the PTR, and with the game's PTR servers now live, the fans will only have to choose PTR from the Battle.Net client to download the update. In addition, the patch notes and additions include new character Sombra, the new Ecopoint Antarctica map and the new Arcade game modes.
In "Overwatch", one of the most notorious hackers in the world named Sombra, is reported to finally come out from the shadows. The new hero is described as the mysterious infiltrator that uses information in order to control those in power. Sombra also provides her skills to get past enemy defenses without getting caught, yet she is immediately detected when she attacks and damages an enemy.
"Overwatch" may now be played as well in the Arcade by choosing from a broad range of regularly switching game modes, rule sets and maps. Regardless if it is 3 against 3 skirmishes, 1 on 1 duels, the alternating choices of fights or rule sets such as 'no hero switching", the players are not expected to encounter problems in choosing a game that they will prefer. Experience is also earned like any other mode, however, the Arcade-specific rewards such as Loot Boxes may also be achieved.
The "Overwatch" players will also have the chance to have an Ecopoint: Antarctica journey, where climatologist Mei-Ling Zhou used to be stationed in the previous game installation. The new arena map is a compact region that is reported to bring multiple new game modes such as 1-on-1 duel and a 3-vs-3 battle. While examining severe weather conditions in the region, the station got hit by a strong polar storm, PC Invasion reported. Watch video about "Overwatch" Gameplay Trailer
