Things will take a steamy turn when “The Big Bang Theory” Season 10 returns. Sheldon’s relationship with Amy appears to be taking a giant leap that no one could have seen coming as the long running geek comedy is getting close to the middle of the season.
In “The Big Bang Theory” Season 10, Sheldon (Jim Parsons) and Amy (Mayim Bialik) has taken their quirky and highly unconventional relationship into new heights as the season explored different areas of said relationship. That includes being forced to cohabitate for some time. In the coming episode titled “The Brain Bowl Incubation”, Sheldon will want to take things a lot further - he wants to have a child..
Now that they are living under one roof, “The Big Bang Theory” spoilers indicate the next episode will feature the socially inept theoretical physicist’s attempt at seducing Amy. He has to convince Amy to buck down and start the process of having a child with him according to The Futon Critic.
The promo for the new “The Big Bang Theory” episode teases some hilarious scenes showing Sheldon’s seduction of Amy into baby-making. His sudden decision of having a child may have stemmed from Bernadette (Melissa Rauch) and Howard’s (Simon Helberg) coming baby. But, a second sneak peak for the same episode reveals Sheldon’s real reason for wanting a baby.
It turns out that Sheldon will be doing a me-monkey experiment. In the new “The Big Bang Theory” video clip, he and Amy can be seen fussing around in what appears to be Amy’s laboratory. They are looking over combined skin cells which have entered the primitive neural network stage. Sheldon could hardly contain his excitement when he talks about sea-monkeys with their genes.
In other news, Deadline reports that CBS is currently developing a “The Big Bang Theory” spinoff that will center on a young Sheldon Cooper. It is said to be a prequel to the series and none of the original sitcom’s stars except for Parsons will be involved in the project. He will be an executive producer. The TBBT co-creators Chuck Lorre and Bill Prady together with showrunner Steve Molano will oversee the new show.
