Square Enix’s popular action-adventure title Tomb Raider has just received a brand new multiplayer DLC called Shipwrecked.
The Shipwrecked map pack offers two playable locations in the game’s Free-For-All mode: Lost Fleet, which features a massive beached ship that serves as a hazardous battleground filled with twists, turns, and traps, and Himiko’s Cradle, a dangerous location (first encountered at the end of Tomb Raider) situated on top of a mountain shrine. The area is sacred to the island’s local scavengers and is always lurking with enemies from both this world and beyond.
The previous DLC for Tomb Raider, the 1939 Multiplayer Map Pack, also added two more multiplayer maps for the same price when it arrived early last month. From this point onwards, needless to say, fans of the game will also hope for some extra story missions in the coming months.
Shipwrecked is currently available for download for $3.99/£2.49/€2.99 on PlayStation 3 and Windows PC and for 320 Microsoft Points on Xbox 360.
