English fans of the animated series "Dragon Ball Super" are delighted to hear that show will finally release episodes with English dub. According to reports, this is Funimation Entertainment's way of saying thank you for all their loyal audience.
As of today, episode 1 to 10 and 47 to 65 is already available in English dub and the company plans to fill the gap in between in the following weeks. This means that English fans who were not able to watch the latest episode of the series will find it easy to catch up, especially now that it's available in English.
The first Dragon Ball Super episode subbed aired on Crunchyroll way back in October. Before that, fans relied on unofficial subbed version of other sites for them to be able to watch the latest episodes. So this news will definitely make it easier for them to catch up now, particularly if the dubbed versions will simultaneously cast as each episode is released. If not, hopefully, it is made available as soon as possible.
Aside from the English dubbed episodes, Japanese subtitled episodes will also be available for streaming on Funimation Now website. There is no news yet who was cast to do the voiceovers and the exact dates when the other episodes of the series will be released.
"Dragon Ball Super" picks up from the time when Majin Boo is defeated and earth has finally attained peace. Son Goku now works as a radish farmer and lives happily with his family. All of Goku's friends are also living their own peaceful lives.
Suddenly, an evil threat arrives and calls himself the god of destruction aka Beerus. He is said to be the strongest being in the whole universe and wishes to fight with the most powerful being living called Super Saiyan God. And from there, endless awesome fighting continues on every episode which is what "Dragon Ball" series has always been about.
