Brangelina Divorce Update: Here's What Happened During 'Maleficent' Star's Meeting With FBI Agents; Ex-Couple's New Orleans Home Sold!

Angelina Jolie reportedly sat for four hours at her rented LA home on October 18 to talk to two FBI agents. The 41-year old actress was questioned by the federal agents, including some of her children regarding an incident  that happened aboard a private plane. According to previous reports, Brad Pitt was drunk on Sept. 14 and allegedly became violent and physical with one of the children.

The Maleficent star who filed for divorce from the 52-year old Allied actor, was said to be fully cooperative. Reports indicate that the agents asked for the details of what took place as soon as the plane took off to the time it landed. There are speculations that charges of assault are being looked into. But it seems that the FBI authorities are not the only ones interested with the incident.

According to reports, the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services has been looking into allegations of abuse of Jolie's children, although Pitt's camp has denied any wrongdoing on the actor's part. The DCFS has extended the temporary parenting plan, which has expired on Oct. 20. Reports also indicate that both the ex-couple would not want to go to court, since everything the DCFS and the FBI have probe will likely be made public, USMagazine reported.

Meanwhile, Jolie and Pitt have reportedly sold their New Orleans' French Quarter home. Based on the documents filed in the Land Records Division by the Orleans Parish Clerk of Court's Office, the property has been sold for $4.9 million. The home was bought by the ex-couple in 2007 for $3.5 million after Hurricane Katrina. The property was said to be purchased after Pitt put up the Make It Right Foundation to the fuel development of new housing in the Lower 9th Ward neighborhood in New Orleans.

Jolie and Pitt's three-story, 1830s-era home is measured at 7,645 square feet, with five bedrooms, two half-baths and three bathrooms. As confirmed by listing agent Nina Killeen, the sale closed on Friday for a very considerable price, USA Today reported. Watch video about Update: Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie Divorce
