The fight between Jessie Vargas and the eight division world champion, Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao this Nov 5,2016, in Thomas & Mack Arena, Las Vegas, Nevada is fast approaching. Pacquiao, the "People's Champ" is eager to grab the Welterweight Title from the reigning and defending Welterweight champion, Jessie Vargas.
The 37-year old Philippine senator, Manny Pacquiao, said that he misses boxing, which is why he delaying his retirement to get back into the boxing ring. Pacquiao's coach, Freddy Roach mentioned some of Manny's opponents, including Floyd "Money" Mayweather Jr. ,Terence Crawford, and Canelo Alvarez.
Pacquiao, who is known to fight hard, is preparing himself for his ultimate battle with the 27-year old Jessie Vargas. Should Vargas defeat Manny, this would certainly put him in the spotlight. The future plans of Manny's career will be discussed with top rank promoter Bob Arum and Freddy roach after the fight, according to CBS Sports.
Bob Arum says Jessie Vargas has a chance of defeating Manny who in seven years has not won a knockout victory. Although Manny is a 7-1 favourite, Jessie is confident he could beat Manny. He prove himself by defeating the undefeated former olympian Sadam Ali for the vacant WBO belt in april in Washington D.C with a ninth round stopage over Sadam Ali.
Vargas said he is fast and strong, which he gave the credit his new coach Dewey Cooper. He added Manny Pacquiao should not underestimate his power, since he has the will and the motivation to win the title. No one knows who will win but one thing is for sure it will be by knockout according to USA Today.
