Taylor Swift Becomes Richest Woman Musician of The Industry; Forbes States The Singer Receives The Highest-Payment

Forbes has listed Taylor Swift as the highest-paid woman singer of the music industry with $170 million of earning in 2015. Following the "Bad Blood" singer stood British music artist Adele with $805 million as her recorded earning.

The Forbes report has also revealed that the most of the income of Taylor Swift has been generated from her World Tour in 1989 when she came with her "Wilder Dreams." The singer broke the record of the Rolling Stones and managed to generate revenue of over 3 million from her albums that emerged as the competitive ones.

The magazine also listed down the brands the endorsement of which prompted to the financial success of the superstar. Some of them included Diet Coke, Keds, and Apple. On the Forbes list, Madonna captured the third position following Taylor Swift and Adele respectively with her record of $76.5 million revenue, most of which has been gathered from her Rebel Heart tour while Rihanna was positioned fourth with $170 million that she generated from touring as well as her brand endorsements.

Fox Rothschild's Lori Landew made a special mention of the fan base of the singer that has been rising greatly because of the participation of the musical artist in multiple market divisions simultaneously. He added that the reason behind Taylor Swift getting such a fan following is not only her signing but also her ability to connect with the audiences, irrespective of their age.

The media and entertainment editor at Forbes, Zack Greenburg, said that most of the stars in the industry are financially ahead because of the off touring they opt for. He cited Taylor Swift as an example for the same while Adele became the one who gathered most of her profits from the sale of her albums, Sky News stated.
