A photo of a topless Vicki Gunvalson, star of "Real Housewives of Orange County," has been circulating. While it's not something shocking nowadays anymore, it became the subject of an FBI complaint.

TMZ reported that the topless image of Vicki Gunvalson was taken in Dublin, Ireland, where the cast members of the reality TV show were on a retreat. According to production insiders, Tamra Judge took the photo and forwarded it to other members of the cast and show producers, plus some unpleasant comments. Subsequently, Vicki Gunvalson's picture reached the social media account of a 15-year-old girl.

"RHOC" Star Vicki Gunvalson Topless Photo Reportedly Reached A Teenage Girl

A certain Rosalie spotted the phot of Vicki Gunvalson and filed a complaint with the FBI. Rosalie stated that Tamra Judge sent a nude photograph of Vicki Gunvalson, who was described as the latter's acquaintance, to a teenage girl and asked her to spread it on the internet in an attempt to humiliate and harass the topless star.

According to Tamra's sources, she denied that she was the one who leaked the photo of Vicki Gunvalson or caused it to end up in the possession of a minor. Vicki Gunvalson was said to be topless at the time, because she was on FaceTime with her husband, plastic surgeon Terry Dubrow.

She wanted him to examine her nipples, which she felt were uneven. Vicki Gunvalson was wearing a black leather jacket over a green halter while seated at the dining table. She pushed her halter to each side to reveal her chest, as shown in the photo.

FBI Investigating "RHOC" Star Vicki Gunvalson Scandal

Fox News stated that the FBI is reportedly looking into the Vicki Gunvalson scandal, but has yet to initiate a formal investigation. One legal expert, however, stated that the investigation will unlikely lead to formal charges. The FBI said that they cannot confirm, deny or comment any investigation.

According to Manhattan Defense Attorney Lance Fletcher, he expects nothing to surface from the complaint involving Vicki Gunvalson. There are federal laws that protect children from sexually explicit material from the internet, but the nature of the claim is difficult to prove.

Such incidents are so common in the internet, making enforcement very rare. More updates and details on Vicki Gunvalson are expected soon.
