In Sunday’s episode of the hit CBS procedural drama “NCIS: Los Angeles” Season 8 airing on Sunday, Callen (Chris O’Donnell) will be in an interesting mission. He will go undercover as a patient inside a mental hospital.
The upcoming “NCIS: Los Angeles” titled “Crazy Train” will show Callen trying to blend in as one of the patients. His mission is to find a missing NSA agent who disappeared while tracking down an ISIS cell who is attempting to cross the Mexican border according to The Futon Critic.
Meanwhile, Kensi (Daniela Ruah) has been shown in recent “NCIS: Los Angeles” episodes to having woken up from her coma and this was celebrated by the whole team. But, it appears that her recovery from her injuries won’t be easy. When she woke up, she was able to squeeze Deek’s (Eric Christian Olsen) hand with her right but unfortunately was not able to move her left hand.
In the coming episode of “NCIS: Los Angeles” Season 8, Kensi will still have a hard time dealing with the possibility of never being able to walk again. If so, she may never be able to join her team. Deeks however, will never leave her side no matter what her fate might be. EP Scott Gemmill had previously hinted that having kids will come up a lot for the couple.
Olsen, in an interview with TV GUIDE shared on how Kensi’s medical ordeal in“NCIS: Los Angeles” will be affecting their relationship. Although it is indeed a great obstacle in their relationship, the actor believes that each of the characters will be able to turn it into a foundation for the betterment of their relationship. The ordeal will serve just as another rock to build the foundation of their relationship.
In the last episode of “NCIS: Los Angeles” Season 8, the team worked on the case of a maintenance man who was able to save the life of a lieutenant commander. As the team’s investigation progressed however, the man’s dark past was uncovered which later even put a teenaged girl life’s in danger. On a lighter moment of the episode, Sam (LL Cool J) had a hard time deciding which of his friends he would take to a LA football game.
