Trouble may be brewing with Amy (Mayim Bialik) and Sheldon (Jim Parsons) when “The Big Bang Theory” returns for this week’s episode titled “The Veracity Elasticity”. In her desire to prolong what she refers as their cohabitation experimentation, Amy lied to her beau about the real condition of her apartment.
The promo from Cartermatt for the upcoming “The Big Bang Theory” episode shows Sheldon figuring out why Amy was lying about the repairs being made in her place so she can continue living with him. Meanwhile, Penny (Kaley Cuoco) was found to have been moving Leonard’s (Johnny Galecki) collectibles into storage and he later lets her decorate his old room.
Previously in “The Big Bang Theory” Season 10, Amy and Sheldon attempted to be house party hosts which was another step in their relationship. Before the actual party, the couple practiced by inviting three guests to have brunch in their place. Things were going fine until Sheldon told them that they were the trial team.
Stuart was one of the guests and was offended. He decided to leave but Sheldon surprisingly acknowledged his mistake and consoled his friend and offering him a nice toast.even as Amy and Sheldon are steadily moving into their relationship, the next episode of “The Big Bang Theory” will show of they can continue living together or go back to living separately.
Meanwhile, the contracts for the main cast of “The Big Bang Theory” are up for renewal next year. According to reports, some of them could be renegotiating for higher salaries which puts the future of the show in jeopardy. Kunal Nayyar who plays Raj in the series, thinks otherwise and says that the main cast is committed to return for more seasons of the CBS hit comedy series.
Besides being in the Forbes’ highest-paid TV actor list along with co-stars Galecki, Parsons and Simon Helberg, Nayyar said in his interview with the NY Daily News that their show is the happiest place in the world. The female lead, Kuoco is TV’s second highest-paid actress, second only to Sofia Vergara of “Modern Family." New episodes of “The Big Bang Theory” air Thursdays on CBS.
