"Scandal" Season 6 is now buzzing for its much awaited return to the ABC network in 2017 with fresher outlooks for Young and Washington. However, there's a kind of an uproar that fans will be missing Goldwyn in the show.
To the avid fans of Fitz Grant (Tony Goldwyn), this is a joke that's not acceptable. Kerry Washington, who's playing Olivia Pope, posted a photo that showed Goldwyn did join the table read of "Scandal" Season 6. Washington described Young's photo with other female casts "ScandalLadies and a weirdo photobomb", referring to Goldwyn as the photo bomber as reported by Entertainment Weekly.
"Scandal" Season 6 will be a season for fresh start to the characters who had experienced disappointments and hurts in season 5. Mellie Grant (Bellamy Young) who's going to become the new US President in "Scandal" Season 6 will have to face a journey without Fitz.
Meanwhile, the ex-husband is just somewhere around but not with Mellie in the White House. "Scandal" Season 6, according to Gamenguide will unveil romantic exploits of Fitz with the woman he almost had a child with, Olivia.
The main character Olivia will have an amazingly beautiful journey waiting to be unwrapped in "Scandal" Season 6. It will be a season of spring and sunshine as she opens up to healing herself from a murderous events season 5.
"Scandal" Season 6 will continue to cast Darby Stanchfield, Katie Lowes, Cornelius Smith, Jr, and Mary Howard. The Vice President seat will not be missed because either Jake (Scott Foley) or Cyrus (Jeff Perry) will assist Mellie as new VP. "Scandal" Season 6 will return in midseason of 2017 on ABC with 16 episodes.
