Charlie Hunnam has recently been confirmed to star alongside Lea Seydoux in . However, it looks like the former "Sons of Anarchy" actor is currently hard at work on the "Papillon" remake with "Mr. Robot" Season 2's Rami Malek.

He might not be working on "Pacific Rim 2" but Charlie Hunnam will star as French convict Henri Charriere in the remake of the 1973 film "Papillon". The role was originally played by the late Steve McQueen.
The Everything Charlie Fan Page on Facebook came across an awesome photo of Charlie Hunnam along with his "Papillon" costar Rami Malek. The "Mr. Robot" Season 2 actor will portray Louis Dega, a role that was originally played by the legendary Dustin Hoffman.
The prison drama is not the only project in Charlie Hunnam's future. The "Sons of Anarchy" star will also romance Bond Girl Lea Seydoux in the upcoming sci-fi flick "Zoe".

GamenGuide has previously reported on Charlie Hunnam's latest project, which will be directed by "Equals" helmer Drake Doremus. "Zoe" is expected to be a sci-fi romance similar to Doremus' previous film.
Both "Papillon" and "Zoe" do not have final release dates yet, although the former is expected to premiere sometime in 2018. However, Charlie Hunnam does have two films coming out next year. "King Arthur: Legend of the Sword" will be out on March 24, 2017 while "The Lost City of Z" is scheduled for release on April 21, 2017.
