Barnes & Noble has stopped selling its own Nook Tablet a few years ago. Now they are partnering with Samsung in order to release their own Nook Tablet 7. It is also priced cheaper than the other Android Tab in the market.
Barnes & Noble seemed to bleed money which leads them to stop selling its own tablet but instead partnering with other company such as Samsung as their strategy offering its own soft wares. Barnes & Noble even shut down their Nook App Store this March which leads to speculations that their new product the Nook Tablet 7 will be supported by the Google Play Store, as per Uber Gizmo.
The FCC Filings confirmed that the Nook Tablet 7 MediaTek MTM8163 ARM Cortex-153 quadcore processor, it will feature a 3,000mAh battery, a microUSB port, microSD card slot as well as cameras on the front and back. Specs described to be low kind of tablet and the only interesting part of it is the Google App Store. Though there has been no confirmations from B&N regarding this issues.
More about the Nook Tablet 7 specs in Lili Putting also said to have passed through the FCC. Nook 7 has soft wares for purchasing and reading eBooks, periodicals, audiobooks, and other content. The tablet has Nook logo and is manufactured by Shenzhen Jingwah Information Technology Co., Ltd, a Chineses company.
Nook Tablet 7 is expected to release not longer and hoped to be available this holiday season. Though there has been no official announcement for the price, screen resolution and some other specs.
