Earlier this month, tactical shooter game "Sniper Elite 4" was been made available for digital pre-order and pre-download. Barely a month after the announcement, the game has been sold out in some stores.
Game setting
Coming in February 14, 2017, "Sniper Elite 4" happens in a 1943 setting in Italy where the country is still recovering from what happened after "Sniper Elite 3." The players will act as Office of Strategic services agent Karl Faiburne in his efforts to provide assistance to the Italian force going against Fascists enemies during the World War II.
The players of "Sniper Elite 4" will also get the chance to experience the beauty of Italy from its captivating coasts to its rich and mysterious forests. The game has also been made available on a Digital Deluxe version but for a higher price.
Better game coming
Tim Jones, head of the creative team of "Sniper Elite 4," explained that they are designing the game to exceed the expectations of players. "Unlike Sniper Elite 3, where restrictions meant AIs 'popped' into existence when you entered an area within a map, the enemy AI is persistent across the whole map and always active, and their behaviour is completely emergent," he added.
Jones also noted that they have made a lot of gameplay improvements for the upcoming title including booby trap capabilities. He claimed that every stage in the game promises more challenges for the players.
'Sniper Elite 4' price and preorders
"Sniper Elite 4" can pre pre-ordered for $59.99 (standard) and $89.99 (deluxe). It will be available for PS4, Xbox One and PC owners.
Less than a month after pre-orders were announced, the game has been mostly sold out in many online stores offering it including Gamestop. Fans of the game have made sure they will be able to immediately experience the game this February. Are you also excited for "Sniper Elite 4?"
