Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart could be back on-screen as favorite vampire couple Edward and Bella in another "Twilight" movie. Rumors about a possible on-screen reunion of the ex-lovers started when there were talks about a greenlit "Twilight" movie.
In an earlier exclusive interview with Screen Daily, Lionsgate Motion Picture Group co-chairman Patrick Wachsberger confirms that it's possible for Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart to reunite for another "Twilight" film. "It's a possibility. Not a certainty but it's a possibility," Wachsberger told the publication. "It's about Stephenie [novelist Stephenie Meyer]. If she wants to tell a story related to those characters we're here for her."
Following talks of a Robert Pattinson-Kristen Stewart reunion, there were rumors that Pattinson's fiancée, FKA Twigs, was not pleased about the said project. As previously reported by GamenGuide, the English singer-songwriter feels jealous and threatened that Pattinson might give more time to Stewart when working together.
Other sources, however, insisted that FKA Twigs is not jealous of Kristen Stewart and that she fully supports Robert Pattinson if he ever had to do a movie with his ex-girlfriend. Reports stated that Twigs is the least bit concerned about a Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson reunion, especially how Stewart is now enjoying the company of her new girlfriend, St. Vincent. Besides, Twigs is confident that nothing will happen between the former lovers considering that the actor has chosen her to be his bride. Although details of the Twigs-Pattinson wedding have been kept under wraps, sources confirmed that the couple is doing well amidst breakup rumors.
At the moment, there is still no confirmation on whether or not a "Twilight" movie will happen in the near future. Fans can only hope that Lionsgate and Stephenie Meyer will come to an agreement to give the green light to another movie. Meanwhile, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart have yet to share what they think about the recent reports of their possible reunion.
