"The Flash" Season 3 episode 4: "The New Rogues" was aired on Tuesday, Oct. 25. Snart a.k.a. Captain Cold (Wentworth Miller) appeared in this episode, thus, making fans wonder if he is alive because on the previous episode of "Legends of Tomorrow," Snart and Rory a.k.a. Heat Wave sacrificed themselves in order to keep the crew safe.
The episode started off with the flashback at Broome Industries where a criminal couple got a visit from Leonard Snart. They argued, and the couple fought back.
During the battle, the black wave of dark matter from the particle accelerator was seen coming into the building. Snart and his men left the place, while the couple was hit by the dark wave and Sam ended up smashed in the mirror.
Sam was only able to escape from the mirror when he reached and grabbed a worker. He asked where Snart is. He then went to the precinct where his girlfriend was being held and broke her out. Sam was dubbed as Mirror Master as his ability is to travel between reflective surface. He tricked Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) by trapping him in the mirror. Jesse Quick blamed herself after Barry was trapped in the mirror.
The only way to help Barry break out from the mirror is by putting an extreme cold. This time, Caitlin Snow (Danielle Panabaker) used her power, which is producing ice, while Cisco (Carlos Valdes) and Harrison Wells (Tom Cavanagh) were busy.
Barry and his crew were able to catch the criminals. Meanwhile, Harrison Wells introduced his replacement since Team Flash wants a Harrison Wells in the team.
In the upcoming episode, "Monster," Harry Wells from Earth-19 will be introduced. Here are some spoilers of the next episode. The epilogue of "The New Rogues" shows that Caitlin's powers kicked in while she's in the shower, as signified by her hair turning gray.
In the next episode, Caitlin will visit her mom Dr. Tannhauser (Susan Walters) as she is desperate to understand what's happening to her, Comic Book movie reported. Her mom is a renowned biomedical researcher, and Caitlin is hoping she could help her.
