"Tekken 7: Fated Retribution" is one of the fighting games today that many fans have laid their eyes on consistently. Due to the timely release of characters but none yet to announce for the consoles, fans are apparently keeping track of what is to happen, especially in terms of platform plays.
Bandai Namco has been generous in giving fans their share of details surrounding "Tekken 7: Fated Retribution" wherein the majority points to the newest characters in the roster. The latest addition was announced a few weeks back, which ultimately elevates the hype once more.
According to Dual Shockers, Miguel Caballero Rojo was included in the "Tekken 7: Fated Retribution" lineup to allegedly reprise his mission in taking revenge on Jin Kazama. A trailer was shown for the character which highlighted the changes done to him, such as new animations to adapt to the Screw mechanisms in the combos, his Rage Drive and his Rage Art as well. As great as the character is to Miguel users, one prominent question still lingers: Will the game be cross-platform compatible?
As per Avoiding the Puddle, Katsuhiro Harada clarified that it will be highly unlikely to include the said feat for security reasons, but more importantly, to avoid the discrepancies of PC users resorting to Rage Quitting. Given that "Street Fighter V" encountered the same concern, Harada may simply be paying close caution around the said problem as to not displease its followers.
While all of such comes into consideration, there is more to be excited over in "Tekken 7: Fated Retribution" in the coming months. The console version, despite the lack of cross-platform play, is expected to take flight early 2017. Moreover, rumors have circulated that the game will be made VR compatible respectively but is still to be confirmed.
Characters, features and more are yet to be announced in the future as "Tekken 7: Fated Retribution" moves closer to its console release date. The arcade version of the title is already gathering an extensive fan base in both Japan and Korea for the time being, whereas the other countries are yet to be gifted with their own.
