The highly anticipated Activision's "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" will be out on Nov. 4, 2016, and fans are all too eager for its release. But the upcoming futuristic game does not let up on its surprises as champion Formula 1 racer Lewis Hamilton revealed that he will be appearing on Infinite Ward's "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare."
Based on his Twitter post, Lewis Hamilton, who currently drives for Mercedes, could either be a pilot or an engineer in the upcoming "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare." Racing news site Motorsport reported that Hamilton will be appearing in six scenes on the game, and will also have a speaking role as well. The champion Formula 1 racer said he was honored to be part of the franchise, and that he's always been part of the series.
Star-studded game
Hamilton will be joining the footsteps of fellow "Call of Duty" stars Kevin Spacey, Michelle Gellar and John Malkovich. As for "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare," he shares billing with UFC champion Conor McGregor and "Game of Thrones" star Kit Harrington. Harrington will be playing the game's main enemy, Admiral Salen Koch, who leads the militant faction Settlement Defense Front bent on destroying Earth.
According to Activision, "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" players will be following Captain Reyes' story, who's set to lead the "remnants of coalition forces" in a campaign to save Earth. Its story takes place into the future where the Earth relies on other planets' resources, while its greatest threat is the Settlement Defense Front, which seceded from the United Nations Space Alliance.
