It seems like the hack and slash of “Silent Hill: Book of Memories” is about to get a bit more gory with some brand new features heading over to the fans of the game.
The PlayStation Vita-based “Silent Hill: Book of Memories” has just received its first DLC pack, and the new pack is said to include several balance changes, alongside a boatload of bonus content.
Fans will just need to pay up $5 to access the new contents from the PSN currently being offered by developer Konami for the game. The contents include:
Ten new playable characters
50 new outfits
15 new accessories
15 new artifacts
Ten new weapons
15 new story notes
Two new enemies
Four new trophies
“Silent Hill: Book of Memories” arrived on the PS Vita in October of last year, although it was supposed to debut in the spring but got pushed back due to internal reasons. Around the same time, Konami faced a huge backlash from the “Silent Hill HD Collection,” which was filled with glitches and other technical issues.
Konami, however, released a 297 MB patch to fix the problems on the PlayStation 3 and assured gamers that the bugs will not be present in the EU release.
