The release dates for four major PlayStation Vita games are out.
A screenshot detailing the prices and release dates of "Dragon's Crown," "Muramasa Rebirth," "Valhalla Knights 3" and "Ys: Memories of Celceta" in North America have been leaked to IGN by a tipster. The screenshot is apparently taken off a monitor at GameStop. As the image shows, "Dragon's Crown" is scheduled for a release on Tuesday, Aug. 6 with a price tag of $39.99. The hack and slash game with action, character growth, and collecting elements will also be launched on PlayStation 3 although it is not quite clear at this time whether you will get both versions for one price.
The other three games are also priced at $39.99. Developer Marvelous AQL released a couple of video clips from the upcoming "Muramasa Rebirth" recently showing off a few more features such as acquiring new swords and various other abilities. The game is set to come to Japan on March 28.
Meanwhile, it's revealed that developer Type-Moon is assisting Marvelous AQL in "Valhalla Knights 3's" promotion with a crossover item: players will be able to get a Saber costume to wear in "Valhalla Knights 3." According to the screenshot, "Muramasa Rebirth" will be released on June 26, "Valhalla Knights 3" on Sept. 4 and "Ys: Memories Of Celceta" on Sept. 25.
"Should these dates be trusted? It's unclear, but the list does show two big Vita games - "Soul Sacrifice" and "Killzone Mercenary" - both with accurate release dates. So our inclination is that these dates are, at the very least, actual placeholders from the games' publishers, if not outright release dates," IGN says.
