Brian Finch (Jake McDorman) is certainly an interesting character, but "Limitless" fans believe that his story may have already reached its limit. "Limitless" Season 1 had successfully relay the story of Brian Finch but some fans believe that the other characters were not given a chance for their story to be told.
One fan shared her idea of bringing Georgina Haig (Piper Baird) back to the show in one of GamenGuide's "Limitless" Season 2 articles. The fan believes that Piper Baird's story will be a fresh start for the show and it will be a good idea to make "Limitless" Season 2 all about her.
Another fan suggested that Jennifer Carpenter (Rebecca) would be a great choice to replace Jake McDorman in the lead. One fan previously noted that the real lead star of "Limitless" is not Brian Finch but the mysterious drug, NZT, so there are a lot of angles to work on.

But fans are not ready to let go of Brian Finch just yet. They felt that "Limitless" should still focus on Brian Finch's story and they are not willing to watch "Limitless" Season 2 if the show will drop him as the lead.
Many were disappointed at CBS for not renewing "Limitless," and they are especially mad at Netflix for not picking "Limitless" Season 2 up. Their anger started when Netflix streamed "Limitless" Season 1 to their service, giving fans hope that "Limitless" Season 2 will finally have a new home. But Netflix found the story to be too complex and they are not willing to gamble.
