"Vikings" Season 4 ended with a great cliffhanger to the fans of the series. So, the second half of the series reportedly intends to pick up where it left off bringing old and new characters. The series will be back to televisions on Nov. 30 still following the adventures of Viking's legendary hero Ragnar Lothbrok portrayed by Travis Fimmel.
The first half of "Vikings" Season 4 ended with a cliffhanger as the brothers Ragnar and Rollo engaged in a hard and bloody fight. The fight ended with Ragnar losing the fight and Rollo becoming the new Duke of France when he returned to Paris to proclaim his victory. "Viking" Season 4 will return for its episode 11 airing, The Stopru reported.
Reports say that Ragnar will be back to Kattegat after several years due to time slip and all of his children are already grown-ups and all prepared to rise to the throne that he established from family sacrifices and bloodshed battles. Now, the season will show with a great surging struggle for power within Ragnar's family. The great competition for supremacy and reign between Ragnar's children will arise as the heir to the throne, according to report.
Meanwhile, the "Viking" Season 5 is also lurking behind the corners as it waits for the second half of Season 4 to end. New characters will be introduced for the new season of "Vikings". There has been a speculation that the character to be introduced is named Astrid. She will become Lagertha's female love interest and the character will be portrayed by Josefin Asplund. Astrid is expected to be more modern as she joins the series.
"Vikings" Season 4 is yet to come back these November 30 and fans will see in the season a stronger version of Lagertha. She will fight for the throne that she believes is rightfully hers against Queen Aslaug. Queen Aslaug's anger will definitely be the same as before.
