The MTV show "Teen Wolf" will soon unveil its final chapter with the show's upcoming Season 6. Many fans may have been hoping to witness a happy ending for beloved characters, however, not all may survive the final season.
"Teen Wolf" Season 6 will feature a storyline that will involve the death of certain characters, according to showrunner Jeff Davis. The series' creator made the revelation during the MTV show's recent New York Comic-Con panel where he commented on the unhappy endings of some characters, Hypable reported.
Despite the showrunner's intention to showcase a positive conclusion to relationship hurdles, Davis hinted that not all characters will receive a joyful end to their story arc. The series creator remained tight-lipped about the said story development, although he warned that some characters may die in the Season 6. Davis stated, "Certain characters will find their end this season."
The event, which marked the cast members' final "Teen Wolf" panel, also gave the actors the chance to reminisce about their earlier filming sessions. Tyler Posey also commented on his great teamwork and camaraderie with co-star Dylan O'Brien. The two actors portray the characters Scott and Stiles, respectively.
In other news, Posey teased of the upcoming series finale's plotline that contains a "perfect" balance of various story elements. In an interview with AOL, the actor highlighted how Season 6 will feature a story filled with suspense and horror mixed with a little bit of romance and drama.
"Teen Wolf" Season 6 will also include darker tones similar to previous seasons but with comedic sequences. Posey even hinted of the heartbreaking aftermath of Stiles' disappearance in the upcoming series finale.
Stiles will be abducted by the mysterious Ghost Riders in the show's upcoming Season 6. The villainous horsemen has the ability to erase traces of their victim's existence from the minds of their family and loved ones. The same situation will happen to Stiles, however, Scott and his friends will soon realize that something or someone is missing from their lives, according to Posey.
