"Dark Souls 3" players are definitely excited for the upcoming "Dark Souls 3" Ashes of Ariandel DLC. The game developer From Software and publisher Bandai Namco Entertainment have recently released the first ever trailer material of the highly anticipated expansion and it hyped up the fans of the action role-playing video game. The new gameplay footage focuses on the game's new feature, the 3 vs 3 PVP, which is expected become a hit once the DLC is released.
According to a report by Polygon, the new slanted PVP map will be called Hollow Arena, which is created with a few structures for gamers to take cover or hide during the game's PVP matches. In the new "Dark Souls 3" Ashes of Ariandel DLC trailer, characters joining the PVP match appear to be wearing crowns, which suggest that costume rewards might be provided for players who win the battles. It will also be easier for players to head into battle since they can quickly fill their Estus Flask, which restores hit points before they get into the match.
"Dark Souls 3" Ashes of Ariandel DLC will include new bosses, new magic spells and new equipment players can use during the game. The expansion, which is set in a frozen wasteland, also includes 15 new weapons, four Sorceries, four armor sets, Pyromancies, Miracles and two new Bosses.
Meanwhile, fans are still wondering if the people behind the series will make a new installment in the next few years. Apparently, the game developer is currently focusing on creating more content like the upcoming "Dark Souls 3" Ashes of Ariandel DLC pack. However, industry experts believe that a new title of the franchise is still included in the future plans of the company.
